ABC is the leading and most prominent department store in the Middle East. Its reputation was built over 70 years of experience in supporting the growth of the retail sector. In the context of its regional expansion, ABC opened in March 2008 its first regional department store in Amman, one of the youngest and fastest growing cities in the Middle East with prestigious real-estate projects for the upcoming years.

The store is based in Al Baraka Mall; Jordan’s first Boutique Mall. The mall is conveniently located in the heart of Sweifieh’s middle to high-end shopping district.

The mall has 16,000 m2 of retail space and 15,000
m2 underground parking facilities. The mall’s unique design makes of the shopping center an architectural icon in the city of Amman.

ABC Department store is the mall’s anchor tenant occupying the Ground Floor and consisting of approximately 4,200 m2.
The area is used for ABC’s full-line department store including: medium and high-end branded apparels for ladies, men and children, accessories,
jewelry, tableware, the finest cosmetics and perfumes, and a restaurant, La Mie Dorée.

The store is designed and decorated by JHP, a British based architecture company who were behind ABC Achrafieh’s development and the renovation of ABC Dbayeh in Lebanon.

With this project, ABC Department store will be the first department store in Amman, as well as the first and only Middle-Eastern Department Store to expand regionally.
